When I relocated to Santa Barbara, about 5 years ago, I thought I'd be moving to a pretty, sleepy little beach town.   It was only 70 miles from Los Angeles, and an easy day trip into "the City" if I needed a little excitement.

What I didn't know was that Santa Barbara, quietly nestled between the ocean & the mountains, represents the essence of California -- the art & culture of a big City & the heart and hospitality of a small, coastal town. 

What I have come to realize is Santa Barbara is not just a great place to live, but it's also an amazing lifestyle. We have an active cultural community equaled only by large cities,  the Santa Barbara area is famous for its all year indoor/outdoor lifestyle, beautiful beaches,  and close proximity to a world famous wine country.  Santa Barbara has one of the most temperate climates in the US, rivaled only by San Diego

I realize that you may be aware of the things Santa Barbara has to offer.  But, if you or any of your friends have ever thought of relocating to Santa Barbara, or are looking for a second home, or real estate investment,  this is the time to buy!   We don't think prices will be any lower!  Santa Barbara has always been a  good investment choice - with everything this area has to offer and close proximity to Los Angeles and San Francisco you can't make a mistake being here.
